Guy and his team. The rooftop is an oasis. Breakfast prepared by Elena was a highlight. Fresh fruit and chilaquiles made each morning good. I felt welcomed with personalized recommendations, especially for local eateries and attractions. The room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with fresh flowers. On a couple of occasions, the hot water ran out briefly, a minor inconvenience. Despite this, the hospitality outweighed any hiccups. I felt at home in this beautifully restored guesthouse.

The accommodations were beautiful and the staff are fantastic.
Finding the hotel was quite challenging. I had to schlep my luggage across the street a couple of times. The payment process was not streamlined, causing unnecessary stress. It was also a disappointment that the hot water ran out briefly , made things uncomfortable.

If you love chilaquiles, you're in for a treat! Breakfast is made to order with fresh fruit and the best croissants around. The rooftop is a chill spot to unwind after a day of exploring-definitely an oasis in the city. Plus, Guy and Fernando are legends, offering up local tips.
The only issue we had was getting the hot water to run. It takes a super long time on the lower floor (around 10 minutes) to get hot. We almost gave up on showering, but so glad we didn't because it was very pleasant once the hot water came on!
